Living Social- Daily Deals or a Joke?
It’s safe to say that we all live in a society that is low on money always. I know myself and others are always looking for ways to save some money! I recently became aquainted with Living Social which is a deal-of-the-day company. This company is located in Washington, D.C. and is the fastest growing comany in the e-commerce space and specializes in localized daily deals across more than 550 markets in 21 countries. It is so easy to sign up by going to livingsocial.com, creating a username and password, after doing this you immediately begin receiving emails either to your phone, which I do and you can instantly start saving! I have gotten some great deals around the Houston area because of this website alone and I have yet to find anything negative with it. I see this website as a win for the Company, because in turn they get customers to come in to their store and a win for the customer because in turn they are getting a great deal on something they normally might not do because of the expense. Something I would reccomend to Living Social is to find more deals out there for the consumers. As of lately I have received e-mails on daily deals on things that I have no interest in whatsoever. Find what your consumer would be more interested in and get it out there! This is defenitley an output for these companies who choose to put their deals out there. I think it is one of the best forms of advertising considering most people get their information from the internet. Most people have i phones now as well and their is a free app for Living Social, so as soon as the deal is posted it comes right to you! I believe in this form of advertising and think each company should consider living social to see more income.
